The delivery charge is added when we confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, so you hear the final amount before anything is dispatched.

Same-day dispatch cut-off

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are handed to the courier the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.

Friday is a partial working day, and government holidays pause dispatch. During Eid, expect a few extra days nationwide.

How cash on delivery works

  1. You place the order — no advance payment, ever.
  2. We call or WhatsApp to confirm the order and the delivery charge.
  3. We pack it, check the item works, and hand it to the courier.
  4. The rider brings it to your address. You check the parcel, then pay in cash.

If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts the order is held for 72 hours and then cancelled. Nothing is ever dispatched unconfirmed.

Courier partners

We dispatch through established nationwide couriers — Steadfast, Pathao Courier and RedX — picking whichever reaches your district fastest. The courier name and tracking reference are sent on WhatsApp once your parcel leaves us.

কোনো অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট লাগবে না। আমরা ফোনে বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে কনফার্ম করার পরেই পার্সেল পাঠাই। আপনি পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে, দেখে নিয়ে, তারপর ক্যাশে পেমেন্ট করবেন।
