Who we are

Xaisan Essentials sells home and smart-living products across Bangladesh. This policy covers this website and the orders placed through it.

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for four things, and only these four:

  • Your name — so the rider knows who to hand the parcel to.
  • Your phone number — so we can confirm the order before dispatch, and so the courier can reach you on the day.
  • Your delivery address — so the parcel arrives.
  • An order note — optional, and only if you write one.

We do not ask for your email address. We do not ask for your date of birth, your national ID, or your income. Because every order is cash on delivery, we never see or store card or mobile-banking details — you pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives.

Why we collect it

To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order — nothing else. Specifically:

  • To call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order before we dispatch it.
  • To give the courier the name, phone number and address needed to deliver.
  • To handle a replacement claim under our 7-day policy.
  • To keep a record of the sale, as any business must.

Who we share it with

Your name, phone number and address are passed to the courier company carrying your parcel — Steadfast, Pathao or RedX, depending on your location. They receive only what is needed to deliver, and use it for that delivery.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone building a marketing list.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets a small number of cookies:

  • Cart cookies — remember what is in your cart between pages. Without these the shop cannot work.
  • Google Analytics — tells us which pages people visit and where they leave, in aggregate. We use it to fix confusing pages.
  • Meta Pixel — tells us whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to a sale, and lets us show ads to people who have visited before. Meta receives that this browser viewed a product or completed an order.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart cookies are the only ones the shop needs to function.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting and for honouring replacement claims. Beyond that, ask us and we will remove your details.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your details, where we are not required to keep them.
  • Stop contacting you.

Message us on WhatsApp or call +880 1700-000000 with the phone number you ordered with, and we will action it.

Children

This shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.

অর্ডার করার সময় আমরা শুধু চারটি জিনিস চাই — আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা আর (ইচ্ছে হলে) একটি নোট। ইমেইল চাই না। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বলে কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং-এর তথ্যও আমাদের কাছে আসে না।

এই তথ্য শুধু কুরিয়ারকে দেওয়া হয়, যাতে পার্সেল আপনার হাতে পৌঁছায়। আমরা কারও কাছে আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।

তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে যে নম্বর দিয়ে অর্ডার করেছেন, সেই নম্বর থেকে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে জানান — আমরা মুছে দেব।
